Hi! Are you exempted from the biometrics because you did it before, i.e., within ten years? Thanks!MEP - 1 APR 2021

IRCC has informed that if you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, you are exempt from giving them again. To check if your previous biometrics are valid, you can check the status at <https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/extapp/bioStatusQuery?fbclid=IwAR2XOMUJJMcdwNWG8awkgF_u7OGylXTxRqhCM_g23tSqq1uJVhC2KyRv1aI>CEC inland

Strange part is the place where I have to upload the document is from my document section and not my spouse's... Anyone else in the same situation...
If you don't mind.. where have you applied from? I'm from India. I'm yet to receive an update..I got MEP/BIL on 29-March

Sorry I think I made it pretty confusing. So I gave my biometric on 29 March, and as of now I haven’t got request for Canada RCMP verification letter. My question is, if they need this from me they should have it request right after the biometric completion or it takes more timeIRCC has informed that if you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, you are exempt from giving them again. If you are exempt then you won't receive a BIL letter. IF not, then you will get one. Given that your AOR is March 13, you have not even crossed 30 days. BIL is usually send 30-45 days post submission.
