Police clearance clarification

Hello,
Im applying for the PR and wanted to clarify some doubt. I know you need to get a police clearance for past 10 years in any place you stayed for 6 months or more, but you don't have to give any for 18 years younger.
Looking into this I came to USA in 2013 and before that I was in Dubai, but I became 18 on Feb 9, 2013 and came to USA in August 2013. Now will I have to provide the police clearance till the time I flew to USA in August?
Before 2013 I was under 18 so I won't have to provide it for that time also right?

Yes, you should get a PCC to cover that time period between February 2013 and August 2013. IRCC can see your birthday and assuming your travel/ address history lines up with what you have said, they could definitely see the 6 month gap between when you turned 18 and when you took up residence in the US
