I don't know much about budget universities in Canada. That's something you will have to research for yourself.

But @tapperb and @primaprime have made a great list of universities and colleges in Canada, all credit goes to them.

I hope you guys don't mind me sharing it without your consent.

I have extremely garbage academics, so to push my luck, I applied to all the universities in Canada which offer electrical engineering as a two year program (to get a three year PGWP). So that totaled to 11 universities. (I know, at this rate I will be spending more money on application fees than my education itself. :D)
Thank you so much for your helpful response. I hope you’ll get admission soon

Did you apply for fall admissions and into which programs?
Have you received any communication from the school since the application deadline?

With this covid19 pandemic, are international students allowed to travel to University of Saskatchewan, Canada?

Hi guys,

I applied for LL.M at the college of law of U of S and my status still reads completed after 1.5 months. When I sent an email to the college got an auto response that decisions will be made by end of March. Any College of Law candidate in the house?

Hi! I also applied for my Masters at Usask (Spring 2021, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition). I completed my application around November 17th and received my acceptance letter December 9th.
The “completed” status just shows that you’ve uploaded all necessary documents.
My application was processed quickly because the professor who’ll be my supervisor was in touch with the person responsible for admissions... he also gave me the email of the person responsible, so I was in touch with her directly. Maybe you could email your supervisor and ask him/her to ask about your application? Or if they know who’s responsible for it, so you could get in touch.
Hi please I want to start application for my Master's program. Can you guide me on how to start and the steps to take? Thank you so much.

Hi! I'd first start contacting potential supervisors for your masters... usually most colleges require that you already have a professor willing to supervise you before you apply. You can go on the university's website and search for the course you're interested in (this link shows all MSc available programs: https://grad.usask.ca/programs/find-a-program.php). From there, you can see which program would suit you better, the requirements for it, and potential supervisors (there's a list with professors and their research lines). Then I'd contact professors you're interested in and send him or her an email asking for a position as a master's student, describing who you are, what's your bachelor's, what research you've done in the past, etc... Once you have a professor willing to supervise you, you apply through the university's website, and that's basically just sending them a bunch of documents (your transcript, passport, etc). Hope this helps!

Hello

I'm confused!

1. I applied to the pre- qualification form and at the same I'm having contactwith a supervisor. Master in Engineering

Based on my program webpage they stated that I needed to contact a supervisor before even trying to apply officially on the Master, that's where I am right now. In fact the professor talked to me about a ''fully funded vacancy for winter 2022'' *and I was not even asking him for it because the master that I signed up for in the ''Pre-qualification form- was not MsC (could be funded), was M.eng (not funded).

While I was in the WebEx meeting with the research supervisor, I received the noticed from the pre-qualification staff, saying this: '' Sorry, There are currently no faculty members who are able to offer to provide supervision in your area of interest and as such we cannot proceed further with your application''.
I got confused, at that exact time I was in a meeting with a supervisor, because he proposed it after receiving my first email that was like a letter of intention to apply to a M.eng!! I don't know what to do, I did not even mention that email to the supervisor and continued with the interview, we are advancing into a conclusion. That email put me in a position where I don't know why is there not supervisor available if the one who I was talking to, was one of them, and did not mention anything similar!! on the contrary, he has not yet rejected me. He is providing information on the application process and the university overall.

2. I entered to the courses catalogue for winter2022? is it normal that all the courses presented in there are most related to undergraduate level and just a few for graduate level? and if there are courses on graduate level, the majority are from the others areas that are not part of my research focus area (I meant I could just be able to found 2 courses of my area, and one says that the instructor is still unavailable -,-, so, what am I supposed to take? I do not want to take classes that are not related with the field of my research, and I just saw one available (how am I supposed to maintain my full time status with just 3 credits in the first term!!? I feel bad about it, because I loved the university campus by just watching videos and comments in here. That makes me believe this university does not have strong curriculum on the field I'm trying To pursue :/ and it is the only one I'm able to afford $$ in Canada overall.

Any advised will be appreciated...

Thanks!
