Hi Guys,

I've seen the below update on my ecas, not sure what it is and I've still not received any correspondence through email or mail. Any ideas?

"We sent you correspondence on March 23, 2021. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."
It could be a fingerprint request. I would call IRCC to inquire.

Just checked the citizenship application processing time and found below information in the immigration website. Any idea how much time it will take to process our application?
We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between March 31 and April 6, 2019

Thanks for your response. I'm not sure how to contact IRCC, is there a phone number or email address?

Just spoke to IRCC, the mail is actually the FP request as suggested by Melito.

Thanks All!

Please update the status for groorj.
Finger Print requested on March 31st 2021. FP collected on March 31st 2021 (same day).

The office requesting it was Vancouver. Does that mean that my process is being handled by that office ?

It's been updated in the spreadsheet.
Vancouver has been doing fingerprint requests for all of Canada it seems, so no.
What are "non-routine applications" ?

Got my GCMS notes more or less after ~30 days & looks like my office is Scarborough.

Here's my assessment summary:

Knowledge - Not Started
Residence - Not Started
Language - Not Started
Prohibition - Not Started
Criminality - Passed
Oath - Not Started

For the stuff that hasn't started, I am seeing a due date of 2021/11/18. Is that the threshold date by which that status needs to be completed?

My guess is that the due date is calculated based on the respective office current work load. One of june 2020 applicant from Atlantic Canada got a test invite which I think only happens when criminality and prohabition checks are passed. On a positive note, you don't have to do FP if your criminality is passed.

What about Residence check? Shouldn't I be passing that too?

Not sure! again my guess, this may be after passing the citizenship test, or may be at the same time of sending the test invite, where the officer checks CBSA and Tax records to assess residency and if required they ask for additional docs.
