Three applicants in FB group shared they got an interview request from CIC, so wired. They are all Quebec immigrant with CSQ. I never heard someone will get interview with CSQ.

Someone who heads QSWP section at IRCC has had a brain surgery gone wrong apparently. CAQ government should take up the matter with federal immigration minister. This non-stop bullshit has to stop. They have made a joke of this program.

Hi, I had MR on Monday. I did the medical on Thursday and the office was full of people and the phones kept ringing for appointments. I notice that a lot of work permit renewal was doing medicals too. I expected empty office but it was pretty busy.

One of them is internal sponsorship, two of them are"DZ"(???), I noticed that from their conversation, but I dont know if "dz" means any thing?
I do really not know what is "dz", if I offend anyone, I am sorry.

Yes, I leave in Montreal. But my case is exertional, heavy delayed.

It's very common for sponsorship to call them for interview. Nothing exceptional.

My questions are:
1- About CSQ i am a bit confused! they want me a new valid CSQ? My documents received by them by 6-2020 ( as per their XPE letter) so i dont get why they say your application will be returned?!!!! Should I ignore that?
2- I want pay the gap but they haven't sent any invoice! do you think if i pay the fee again (full fee) they will refund the balance? has anyone had this issue before?

I am not expert but after reading this letter, i can give my opinion.
They have given you 30 days to submit two things.
1- Checklist which you missed in your PR envelop.
2- Correct Fee. If you don't know what is the correct fee for your application, immediately contact some experts. May be, you have calculated and paid the incorrect fee with your application.

Anyway, these two things you should immediately upload/submit by all means i.e. upload at given link/webform/mail by express mail. Use all options. Don't waste time.
After sending these documents you will have enough time to think about why they said you, your application received after expiry of CSQ.

Don't you have enough points for express entry?
To immigrate to Québec you will need a CSQ. The only way -so far- to get a CSQ which eventually leads to permanent residency is to have a validated job offer from an employer in Québec, which I think is quite difficult from abroad.
See if you qualify for express entry.

I am at the XEP stage of my Permanent Residence application. I still have not received my AOR. I plan to leave Quebec and settle in Ontario. For this reason, I want to withdraw my PR application in Quebec and apply for Express Entry.

Does anyone have experience cancelling PR application in Quebec and applying for Express Entry? Any suggestion for how to proceed with this? Thanks.

appreciate your comment. Idon't think I would be able to get enough points for express entry. I was told by consultants that there is a program for people who obtained childhood psycology master, in case you would be able ti acheive B2 in French! I don't know if it is true or not!

One of the conditions to apply for PR is a valid CSQ when they receive your application. If they are asking it's probably expired or they are confused. Was your CSQ valid or not when you send your application?
