Yes, I did. They received my complete application on September 26, 2019. I applied for an open work permit in May of 2020.

Hello folks,

I would like to share my timeline.
In God’s grace, I received my open work permit today valid for a year. Yesterday, I also got a correspondence from them asking for some documents to be submitted within 30days such as ImM 5669.

I received my aor in Feb of 2020.

once file reach there mail room file is locked nd at that time ur ielts should be valid. If IRCC is taking longer time they have no legal right to ask for ielts again. This is explain by my consultant. What they will ask new is police clearance nd medical bcz they have validity.

That must be laywer's fee, not IRCC fee.

I did the same through my lawyer and he charged me with 50 cad dollars, because that is the fee for IRCC.

Don't pay that. You can make inquiry yourself using webform. Include your details and the tracking and when it was received in edmonton

March 3rd 2020 applicant. I received a mail on March 25th 2021 with temporary file number. Can I take this as my AOR and does this mean my application documentation is complete with no issues? I have read from this forum some people that got their application package back as incomplete.

Temporary file number means ,they received your package .They will issue AOR when they open that package and check for completion.If file complete.they issue AOR.otherwise they return whole package.They didnot open your package yet.They just confirmed that parcel has reached.
