I noticed that files that were transferred to local VOs have not started eligibility yet.

So I have gone through my Notes,
the Update is as follows
AOR: 19th Nov 2020
File Last Update: 27/01/2021 ( this is of biometrics only.)
BIL: 30/12/2020 (one note here of r10)
Biometrics: 29/01/2021
Eligibility: Not Started ( But in the Application No Section there are multiple updates that say Passed with multiple offices Saying that )
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Medical Pass

I only have 2 Notes that have been updated in my file.
nothing Else , May be after 2-3 months will order one more notes. may be In month of May.

Oh is that so , may be some instructions from center only start when travel restriction get over ,
And plus i hear lot of student bisa are pending so they have some priority in student visas.

@legalfalcon Sir I am A FSW-O. I am currently in India. If I travel To Canada while being exempt from travel restrictions and during that time i get my PPR do I have to come back to India to get it stamped? Will it effect My File Processing in any way?

Me too. HK police sent the results on 5 Feb by surface mail, and I am still waiting for it

Same status for me , HK Police has sent the CNCC by surface mail on Feb 5. The standard delivery time for surface mail from hk to Canada is 40-70 days .Looks like the HKPCC will be delivered in May .

If you get a PPR, you can inform IRCC that you are in Canada, and IRCC will send you new instructions, most likely they will send you a COPR by email which will be stamped an signed without the need to send your passport.

Your move to Canada does not impact your application in any way. However, when you change your country of residence you have to update your address with IRCC. So make sure you do that.

Well, I don't know, I have extensive travel history including almost all Europe, UK, China, Russia and US - maybe that's why?
