I don't think you see it on the same day. It depends on the scenario and location. For some, IRCC online interview takes place after the test and for some it goes to DM without any interview. For me DM was five weeks after I passed online test and two business days after the IRCC interview.

As long as I know, fingerprints are only valid up to 10 years so that might be the reason.

As long as I know, fingerprints are only valid up to 10 years so that might be the reason.

They are only valid for 1 year. After 1 year you have to redo it.

Do not worry, it is normal procedure. Follow the instruction and get it done, should take about 3 weeks for the result to reach IRCC.
