Spouse Outland Application from India
applied- sep 9 2020
received - sep 15 2020
AOR1 - mar 16 2021
BIO - mar 17 2021
waiting for rest.......
when I check ecas, under sponsor UCI number. under sponsor application status it says decision made. Is that SA approval?
You should receive a mail with the SA letter. For me, I only got the email, no updates in ECAS. Infact I don't see sponsor UCI at all in ECAS. What am I missing? (I linked the application to my own GC account; I'm added as a representative in the application).

What is ECAS? How do I find that?

I believe the letter is a SA Sponsorship Approval. It contains infos of UCI and Application Number that start with letter Fxxxxxxxxx

ECAS is one way to check on the progress of your application (along with a GCKey account). Sometimes it will show different information than GCKey, but usually GCKey is more up to date in my experience. You need either your app number or UCI (unique client identifier) to access both services, and for GCKey, you need to create an account.

Here is the link for ECAS https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

And here is GCKey https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html

Hello, I share with you today I received an email with the UCI number and another that begins with F, but the one with the exams not yet, does that come later?

Yes

Did you check your email yesterday and today? Just to figure out if they work in the weekends.
What is your timeline?

Others correct me if I'm wrong, but I suspect that this is AOR1 which also usually contains UCI and App number beginning with F. Sponsor Approval should contain wording like "you have met the requirements as a sponsor".

The link below contains examples of AOR and SA letters.

Yes you can consider it AOR. Is the Sponsor the representative for the PA? If so all info will he sent to the sponsor.
