Hey. So are you able to get new remedicals done? The hospital I went to, they said they cant do remeds now. They have asked me to email IRCC and ask them to update my remeds.Help - Please - For all who did their Re-Medicals - Can you clarify?
COPR stamped on 18 March 2020, Expired June 2020.
4 Pointer email received on 2nd Oct 2020 - Replied that I cannot travel.
Then Raised RTT in January 2021
8 March 2021 - Received a remedicals request.
Finished the Remedicals on 9th March
However, now my IRCC Application Page like this (just like how it looked after the first time of Medicals)
Could anyone please confirm if the Application Page on IRCC looks like this post the remedicals request?
It shows that I am required to take action and submit my medicals.
However, I confirmed with CDC and they have said that my re-medicals report was submitted on 11 March 2021.
Today 19th March, and my IRCC Account page still requires me to take Action and submit my Medical Report.
Is this the same for all those who submitted their re-medicals?

Application status
We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.
About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.
If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.

I havent received said email. Am I the only one?You got an AL and you can travel. They probably have sent this email to all including AL holders. This is not a new thing. You can call IRCC call centre and confirm. I would say to IRCC call agent "I got an AL and just want to confirm what documents should I need to travel? Could you please help?" without mentioning this email. If they are aware of such thing then they will let you know.
Best of luck!
Hi @legalfalcon any suggestions on my situation? Thanks.Hi,
Even I got a similar email.
My COPR was issued prior to March 18, 2020 which expired in July 2020, later issued a new COPR in Jan 2021, valid until July 2021.
All set to travel on Apr 05, when I got this email yesterday.
I called IRCC and they told me to contact NDVO and ask them to issue me a Authorization letter. I am trying to call NDVO, but nobody is answering the call.
Any suggestions how to contact NDVO?
Congratulations!Got my Authorization Letter today. Some details -
Have 60-days to reach there now.
Can anyone please point me to any post/thread which has a rough estimate of expenses one might face in the first month given all the current quarantine conditions? The window to plan for a lot of things changed very quickly for me.
Or any post where someone has shared details of their day-to-day or week-to-week after they landed there recently? Just to get an understanding of how I could plan for things?
Thank you!
Yeah same thing with me. All our counterfoil details have been removed. My VO responded 2 weeks after they've learned that we're done with the remed, with the new medical validity date but no changes in my gc key acct. They are not just checking your medical, they are also checking the validity of the documents that you have submitted. You will hear a word from them soon, if none make a follow up email and mentionnthat you are done with your remeds
Hey - yes - I got the Remeds letter on 8th March and within an hour of that, I booked a remedical appointment at CDC, Mumbai.Hey. So are you able to get new remedicals done? The hospital I went to, they said they cant do remeds now. They have asked me to email IRCC and ask them to update my remeds.
Yeah. Okay. Did you do Upfront meds too? Afyer that they allowed.. That's pretty cool.. The problem I'm facing is that, i had done up front remed in dec. Now CMM centre here in hyd can't do remeds again since my one year is not done yet (Dec 2020 one). They asked me to mail IRCC to update my remeds.. I honestly dont mind getting another one done. This is going ij circles again. Any suggestions would be helpful @legalfalcon ?Hey - yes - I got the Remeds letter on 8th March and within an hour of that, I booked a remedical appointment at CDC, Mumbai.
This is the centre where the remedical is done for Mumbai based applicants. This is where I had done my first Medicals as well.
They were taking in applicants on 9th March
Send a webform. NDVO is famous for not answering calls or emails.Hi @legalfalcon any suggestions on my situation? Thanks.
No idea. I only recently got control of my profile from my representatives, so I am not really sure how to check that.Congratulations!
Please could you share the following?
Your VO?
It did.Did you IRCC Account get updated with your new medicals date?
Don't recall the exact status it had since I hadn't checked the profile. But, as of now, it states the date of the remedical and that I passed it.Or did I revert to "Submitted" status from an "Approved" status? (just like before the approval for the COPR)
Hello
Yesterday my wife and I received authorization letter to travel before 30th April but our child didn't received.I don't know what to do...
Thanks for your helpAh IRCC agents have some form of mental retardation that blind them from understand that childs need parents. I am not surprised. I am wait for copr renew and it seems they need to review all my application from start (so imagine they watch titanic, pause to go pee, and come back... they will rewind from start to watch again...).
So I feel you despair. What you must do is send them webforms:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
Since it is for your childs, don't let off the hook them. Because they are not just retard, they are immense slow. It could take them min 3 weeks respond you. Message regularly. They may also play delay tactic by send generic message. Don't fool for it. Ask to be clear and focus on the facts it is your childs they are exclude.
