YEs, if your previous POF is insufficient to meet the new family composition, then you should submit a revised PoF.Many thanks for your response. What about the proof of funds? It is going to be reevaluated based on new family size right?
Being engaged has no value in the eyes of law. You have to be married or be in a common law law relationship. If you get married, you have to inform IRCC and your spouse will be subject to criminal, medical and security admissibility, irrespective of whether they are accompanying or not.Hi @legalfalcon ..I need some advice. I recently got engaged to my partner. Now if i add any changes, will I have to do the whole process again. ?. or is it better to land there first and apply for spousal PR process?
so they have asked this question.Being engaged has no value in the eyes of law. You have to be married or be in a common law law relationship. If you get married, you have to inform IRCC and your spouse will be subject to criminal, medical and security admissibility, irrespective of whether they are accompanying or not.
If you add your spouse, after you submit the application, your CRS will not be re-calculated. This will add a few months to your processing but you and your spouse will get a COPR together.
If you land in Canada as a PR, get married and then sponsor your spouse, the processing time is 12 months. Until then you spouse can obtain a visitor's visa and wp and join you.
so they have asked this question.
. Have any material facts relevant to your application changed for you and/or any of your accompanying or non-accompanying family members since the issuance of your original immigrant visa(s)? (e.g. relationship status, new criminal charges or convictions, change in country of residence, change in custody arrangements for minor child(ren), change in available settlement funds, etc.) – YES or NO? (If you answer yes, please provide details.)
What if I mention i got engaged with my partner. Does that mean they will add her as an applicant.?..or..its makes no difference?. I am sorry this looks like a repeated question. Just for my own verification.
Hey which other IDs did you mark your email to? I'll send them another follow up email in a couple of days if I don't hear back from them.Ok I called the same number and a lady even without hearing anything said we don’t provide details on call please email and disconnected. I made sure to write a very good email to NDVO and copied all Vic,central intake etc... cz enough of their sluggishness
I would just top up my account and call them.Hi all,
I would like to know if it's possible to call IRCC using Skype with the Canadians subscriptions of $4/month? I have been using TextNow App to call them in the past but I am no longer able to get a Canadian number to call them.
Any help or recommandation will be greatly appreciated as I am waiting now for over a year and my applications seem to be not moving at all for the issuance of an AL. Thanx
7-point email: 24th December 2020; I did not reply back to them since I wasn't ready to travel
Re-medical email: 24th December
Went for medical: 24th February 2021
5th March: New email stating that IRCC is now able to issue me an authorization letter to travel to Canada. 14-days to let them know if I can travel within 60 days or not.
18th March: Let them know I am willing to travel (totally not expecting the AL in just a day)
Any update received??Neither did I. I spoke to the customer service agent at IRCC yesterday and she said at times you don't get an acknowledgement. She suggested that I write an email to NDVO on delhi-immigration@international.gc.ca with a screenshot/export of my email response asking them for an acknowledgement. That way atleast it'll be on our records that we replied. Use the same email ID that has been registered with your application.
Looks like we have the same COPR issue dates.. mine also got approved on 15th March 2020 but it expired in Aug. My 4-pt email also came in Sept and I haven't heard anything back from them since. Whenever I used to raise a webform or call them, I was told that my file is with NDVO and that I should wait. It's possible this email got auto-triggered as soon as we hit the 1 year mark of our COPR issue date.
Let's just hope we get our remedical requests soon. Best of luck!
Nothing yet, I'll send them another reminder on Monday.Any update received??
Yeah same thing with me. All our counterfoil details have been removed. My VO responded 2 weeks after they've learned that we're done with the remed, with the new medical validity date but no changes in my gc key acct. They are not just checking your medical, they are also checking the validity of the documents that you have submitted. You will hear a word from them soon, if none make a follow up email and mentionnthat you are done with your remedsHelp - Please - For all who did their Re-Medicals - Can you clarify?
COPR stamped on 18 March 2020, Expired June 2020.
4 Pointer email received on 2nd Oct 2020 - Replied that I cannot travel.
Then Raised RTT in January 2021
8 March 2021 - Received a remedicals request.
Finished the Remedicals on 9th March
However, now my IRCC Application Page like this (just like how it looked after the first time of Medicals)
Could anyone please confirm if the Application Page on IRCC looks like this post the remedicals request?
It shows that I am required to take action and submit my medicals.
However, I confirmed with CDC and they have said that my re-medicals report was submitted on 11 March 2021.
Today 19th March, and my IRCC Account page still requires me to take Action and submit my Medical Report.
Is this the same for all those who submitted their re-medicals?
