My eCAS status has just changed today
it said "we start processing your application~~~" Is it okay to think its the final step before CoPR?

Not likely but without knowing your timeline nobody can give you an opinion.

My file was transfered on dec 10 to O-Vo , after that I haven't heard anything back -just on 2 march , it was changed to in process from application receieved then after 4 days it changed back to application receieved. I dont know what is happening .

It's similar with me.
When your eCAS status changed to 2nd "Application Received" and how do you know your file was transferred to O-Vo.
Have you already your status with clicking "Application Received"?

Ohhh !!! I got the official email saying that file has been transferd to ottawa gor further processing on 10 dec , 2020 . After that , I got nothing .

Same here, i got this email on 25 nov 2020. Nothing after that

Update: Our ECAS changed to decision made.

Yes they do work from home but well they wont answer any queries .
