I am preparing documents for citizenship. One question the application form has is if the applicant has held citizenship or immigration of any other country.
I worked on H1 visa for a few years in the US. So should I say 'yes' to this question?

H1 type of visas are not considered to be immigration visas unless you've applied AND received a GC which H1 allows one to do. To avoid confusion call IRCC to confirm

Here's the explanation for your Question 13 on Citizenship application form,

• Tell us which countries you have held status in, and exactly what status you held or currently hold (student, employment/worker, refugee/protected person, permanent resident or citizen).

So you have to specify your H1B status.
