Hi everyone. I don’t really understand the processing time and how it works. Here is my timeline bellow
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 29, 2021.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 15, 2021.
  3. We sent you a letter on March 15, 2021. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Can anyone tell me more

Call Cic number and select options 1 1 2 5 , enter your file number and press 1 to hear about the file. After listening to the details, press 0 to talk to an agent. 8am to 4pm they are open for calls. Ask them about what letter they have sent.

My Lawyer sent me it is correspondence in confirmation of receipt of your H&C Application

Thanks, Ayanna,. I did exactly what you told me to do and guess what?

IRCC responded to me in less than 24hrs when I sent them, an email yesterday. They email me a copy of the refusal letter. Now, I and my lawyer can begin to fix all the reason(s) mention
