VISA ISSUED...
24-10-2016
Hello, all the lovely people who are actively engaged in the forum and to those who silently view this forum.

Firstly I want to thank God I got my approval and coPR both on the same day.
Secondly, I want to thank all the people here who help each other out in this forum.

I got my approval yesterday (15th march) after 7 and a half months, I got a call (no caller id) around 3 ish in the evening, confirming my basic information, congratulating on my PR as well giving me instructions on what to do next after I receive my coPR letter. After the call, I got the approval on the online portal right off the bat and within hours got my coPR letter as well.
AOR 29th JULY
Medical passed sep21
Biometrics completed Nov 9th
After the biometrics update on the portal, it was completely silent until yesterday
CEC Inland(single applicant)
I never ordered any GCMS notes, so I have no idea about the VO (office) also I never cared about who is working on my file. I never got any ghost updates through the mail. I think I got two ghost updates in the first and second week of March, both were on the portal saying profile updated but nothing got updated. After the first ghost update I called the agents and they told me out of 5 stages 4 stages are passed, the only left was security. And now finally I have got everything, next thing is the PR card which might take some time due to the current pandemic.

Those who are waiting, don't worry too much it will come and things will definitely get right.

All the very best to all who are waiting and congrats to all who got it.

Anyone has tracked his/her application thorough this link:

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas

You may use this service if you have:

  • sponsored a member of the family class;
  • applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
  • applied for a permanent resident card;
  • applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
  • applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen;
  • applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
  • applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
  • applied to resume Canadian citizenship.
Is it works with CeC applications under express entry without opening online account?

anyone? Thanks
This service is not working for me, despite meeting the requirements. Anyone else has the same problem?

This is normal when the whole immigration system of a country sucks. IRCC is just a joke! getting tax payers money without working!!!

Thanks. The waiting has been frustrating. Sometimes it just is hard to understand the logic behind how IRCC works (applications outnumber staff, yet sending more ITAs before clearing the backlogs). Sometimes feel like seeing a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, yet still has a fair distance remaining in the tunnel, which is the hardest part I guess.
I know it is, but these times that we are facing now nobody was expecting it or was prepared fir it. You just have to take there words that they are doing there best and the pandemic is making it slow
