How did you find that pr is mailed? Is it in the portal account or cic account?

I got the first email three times. Anybody else having the same "issue"? Since I got the eCOPR after replying to the first one, I didn't replied to the last two. I hope they didn't messed up the things. But if anybody has any clue why of these multiple first emails please let know.

On my GCMS notes it is "Created by: MM19180" in correspondence of the "Officer Review: Approved". On the first page it is "Assgined by: MM19180" and "Assigned to: RC9515" I guess one of these answers your question.

That's a weird name. Usually you can find both the primary and secondary VO on the 1st page of your GCMS notes. The secondary should be your local VO.
