What is the status of your application? All passed waiting for final decision or stuck at criminality? I applied from Calgary too but my application is still in Ottawa!I started here in this Forum since April 2020 and I was asking questions and answering other people enquiries. I was watching my profile moving from Newbie to a Member to Full Member to Star Member to be now as a Hero Member. All of that and I did not get the PR yet. I just hope that I will get the PR before I became the president in this forum.

1- Pages retracted due to s.16(2)(c) ... is that means I am under security screening?
2-Security Status is not started yet
3-in the notes page top corner mentioned S.15(1)
4-The below notes referring to what?

I also have pages 70-120 withheld due to section 16(2)(c). The part that is redacted from my GCMS falls directly under HISTORY section. I have a very extensive travel history since the age of 18 that might require extensive screening and I'm thinking that this is why they've redacted this info. However, I'm not really sure how this would be considered as information that could pertain to any kind of vulnerabilities of any properties of the government. Which part of your GCMS notes were redacted?
Section 16(2)(c) of the Access to Information Act states:
(2) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any record requested under this Part that contains information that could reasonably be expected to facilitate the commission of an offence, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information
- (a) on criminal methods or techniques;
- (b) that is technical information relating to weapons or potential weapons; or
- (c) on the vulnerability of particular buildings or other structures or systems, including computer or communication systems, or methods employed to protect such buildings or other structures or systems.
Yes, the history section is redacted from my notes as well
Do u have any idea if this means that I am under SS ?
IRCC changes the automated respond on the phone calls. Now it is taking forever to get hold of an agent.

Anyone here stuck on "Criminality: In-Progress" since forever? Everything else passed.
Same, has been in progress since Nov 3, 2020, no update since then. AOR June 16 and my biometrics submitted on Dec 1 2020(never received phone call from IRCC to collect it)
