How long is a normal lag between AOR and SA? Looks like most people get both on the same day, but still waiting about 2 weeks for SA since getting AOR...

Got the biometric request yesterday (15th March). However no SA yet. Also, when are medical supposed to be done? That will be a separate request from them?

And after a day (16th March) I got the Medicals request. Still no SA.

After 1hr of agonising pain got in touch with IRCC Agent Molly she said they have my file in the system it’s reached to them on 9th September and gave me XF no it’s been almost 6 nothing is somebody in the same boat.

Once they give XF No that means application is complete and won’t be returned or it’s still shady

It can be sent back even if you have the XF number (once it drops the X it won't be returned). But that is relatively uncommon.

Don't know what you mean by shady.

Yes, same boat here. Very frustrating. In addition I had my MP reach out and got the same BS response.

Geuss what!!! just received an email from cic, confirming that they received my file. I geuss this is aor.
