I am Pakistani citizen but have lived my entire life in Middle East. Now I need Pakistani PCC. On the Pakistani consulate in Vaughans website there is a form, but the question asks what day to what day I lived in Pakistan. I never lived longer than a month in Pakistan (used to visit yearly). How should I approach the question. Thank you

Just make it from birth or since you were 18 years old and the end date should be the last time you left the country.
