I received my decision today , RAD referred my case back to RPD and I may have to appear infront of a Board member again . So I will be scheduling another hearing now

yes I appeal my case in 3rd July 2019, and received positive response on 19 January 2021

I applied my appeal between September and October 2020 and hopefully i got approved before yesterday without need for new hearing.

Yes I got my appeal approved 19 Jan but I appeal for it since 3rd of July 2019
