Yes, I received a letter from RAD confirming that I have appealed. It was in 2020.

I also applied in Nov 2020. Montreal Office . Waiting for decision.

Its free for Refugees and protected persons.

Its leaning more towards credibility.

The person I spoke with said its because of COVID and now they are also busy with Hearings too. It can be sooner or it can take up to three months, but I think it will be sooner hopefully. It all depends on the board member who conducted hearing and when they write a decision.

I spoke to Montreal Office today and they told me that as from today Aug 18, 2020 it could take another 3 months or less for you decision letter. My Hearing was in March 2020 in Montreal. If anyone receive any decision from any office then keep posted on this forum for each other for updates and...
