I am a bit confused with the question and if it is possible that someone can shed some lights on me?
I am a Hongkonger with Canadian citizenship. I am living in Hong Kong and recently returned to Canada with our children. I will be the sponsor doing to the outland sponsorship application for my husband.
In Form IMM 1344 "sponsor residency declaration", it asks "Are you a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada?" - the answer should be yes or no?
And it goes on with another question, "Do you reside in Canada and in no other country?" If you answered "No", but are a Canadian citizen living exclusively outside Canada, you may still be eligible to sponsor. - am i correct to say "yes" though I still travel to Hong Kong?
