I called IRCC for the first time today. (AOR - August 10th)
According to the agent, Eligibility is Recommended pass, Medical and Info sharing passed, Security not started and background check in progress.
I'm a little bit worried, Is it normal that security has not been started yet?

Flag Polling is not a visa refusal or denial. It is just that you get to the border, but refuse to enter and are turned back. It is an administrative refusal to enter and there is no need to disclose it.
