Hi all,
I recently took my online citizenship test and passed, and yesterday I received my "Notice to Appear" for a video session for an interview and verification of identity/documents.
I received 1 Microsoft Word document and 2 PDFs in the email. The Word document and one PDF opened fine, however the second PDF cannot be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have updated to the latest version, and tried opening this file on multiple different devices. The Word document explains what I need to do, and the PDF I can open is a consent form to use Microsoft Teams for the interview.
The error message I receive on the second PDF is:
"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Read. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the Author for the original version of this document."
Has anyone else seen this issue, and been able to resolve it? Or do they know what this second PDF contains? The title of the document gives nothing away, and of course I cannot get through to someone on the phone at IRCC.
Any help or insights would be much appreciated!
