Yes, both in Russia.

PPR = passport request, i.e. final decision made and you send passport in for visa and all that. (Not the final step in process but after that is logistics mostly)

There will be instructions. If in Russia, to visa application centre in Russia (several of them). They then send on to embassy.

HI All ,I have my File receive date 20 NOV 2020 and I got AOR on 19th FEB 2021. Nothing after that . no BIL or medical request . Should I call and enquire from them ?I see all are getting BIL and Medical within 2 weeks or less from AOR.

No don't call, you just need to try to relax and wait a while, it can take a couple of months. Much too early to be calling they won't be able to tell you anything.

They do it automatically. Just keep your receipt.

Yes, I mean the actual Biometrics and Medical request letters from the messages. And along with those you should also carry your passport and copy of your passport (everything will be mentioned in the request letters)

For Biometrics, in India we additionally have to carry the VFS appointment confirmation letter and VFS consent form - you will receive the instructions when you book an appointment.

After providing biometric, what's the next step ? Does VFS forward it to ircc or are we provided a copy to be forwarded it to them ? And usually how long it takes to reflect on online profile?

it is automatic, u dont need to do anything, it'll take some time to be reflected on the GC

I was told to generate reference id and email to provided email id with tracking number after I receive email from VFS India.

A week, two, three - sometimes a bit more. Nothing to worry about.
