Hi Friends I need a suggestion regarding calculation of my Foreign work experience. Please find below my previous work exp with dates mentioned:

Foreign work experience:
Company A - June 9, 2014 - May 3, 2017 (NOC 2173) ( 2 years, 11 months) --- [Job 1]
Company B - May 25, 2017 - July 29, 2017 (NOC 2173) (2 months, 4 days) --- [Job 2]
Canadian work exp:
Sep 16, 2019 - Present (NOC 2173) (will be completing 1 year of Canadian exp in next month) -- [Job 3]

Can i count my first job as 3 years of Foreign work experience though i have only 2 years 11 months on experience letter. Or should i include reference letter from Company B also to claim my 3 years of exp. All the three jobs are same NOC code. I am in confused state on how to claim my 3 years of work exp. Should I Include only job1 in EE profile to claim 3 years or do i need to include both the jobs 1 &2 to claim 3 years of exp.

Please help me guys!!

My sincere apologies for the late reply as I did not notice the posts. I did not decline the ITA and went ahead with my application. I got my ppr mail on June 28 and copr a couple of weeks later. The rule clearly states that crs points will be locked only during eapr submission and not during ita . To pass MEC u need atleast one year of work experience under an single NOC. So if u r somewat similar to my case , do not decline the ITA and proceed with ur application but make sure u have the complete work experience with supporting documents during eapr submission.
hello sir i a,m in similar situation shd i decline ita ro go ahead
beacuase my three years going to complete before submission of document

Nice :)
But I decided to go ahead with it as I contacted IRCC on twitter and they said it's okay to accept and submit documents after completing 3 years.
Also they mentioned that this is how the system currently works. They asked me to mention this in LOE.
Tried attaching screenshot of their response but couldn't do it.
Wish me luck :)

Hi, I have my foreign skilled work experience 2 years 11 months and 20 days but the application only count year and month and gave me points for 3 years. So should I accept ITA or not as my service letter can justify only 2 years 11 months and 20 days of experience and not 3 years?

please suggest.

Hi all,

I have a question. Will my 2019 cec experience be counted ? Or is it invalid now?

In order to have full 2 years experience shown I need that expression but does it have to be in last 3 years only?

Please suggest.

Thanks

To count Canadian experience, it must be within the last 3 years. So each month, you will lose a month of experience.
