I am really confused with the sinp nomination. Some people gets their nomination in 2-3 months and some run for several months. Please what could be the reason?

Yeah, I have the same question. My friend's application went through (got nominated) in 40 days, mine is still AR after 95 days! Does anyone have any info on this issue?

As no one knows when the next Express Entry draw will be, it's possible SINP is delaying the issue of nominations. Nominations expire after 6 months, if not used.

Also, 95 days is still on the low end... I received ADR on the 8th month and nomination on the 9th.

I am just thinking what could make other people application faster . Is it the officers in charge each application or is it the NOC or something else. Someone in this forum said he used an agent for d submission of his application and the agent arranged all his documents correctly . He claimed that was d reason he got nomination in less than 2 months.

Personally, I was skeptical about the reason he gave because each document uploaded would natural be uploaded as each part of the form requires.

I just know the NOC is a factor. My friend got the nomination in 40 days and then two months later a friend of his with the same NOC got it in 60 days. I assume that's close enough to say the same person had reviewed their applications.

Perhaps I'm too anxious about this, or my expectations are higher than what they should be. When, during your 9 months, did your application change from AR to IP? I'm still AR!
