So your noc doesn't necessarily require a uni degree. what sort of preparatory training (pre-2011) can you put on the officer's table?

No. The thing is, you must have related education or training, in line with your job, and only after this education/training your acceptable period of work experience starts. This is the end of story as regards your job experience.
Now, if later you have studied anything at university, it is acceptable as your level of education.

Yes the minimum qualification for this noc 1241 is 12th secondary education. And, I have started working after secondary school and worked while studying my bachelors and masters degree.

i would suggest to checkout the sinp group on facebook. I recently read about a rejection on that forum for the same noc. They wanted the below requirements to be fullfilled. The person had clerical experience aswell still it was rejected. Maybe you can connect with him to understand the exact scenario.

• Completion of a one- or two-year college or another program for administrative assistants or secretaries or Previous clerical experience is required.

That's correct and IRCC will accept you work experience but SINP will ask for training/education specific to your job as stated on their website. Otherwise and if your education is in line with your noc, they will accept your work experience after your uni graduation. Ask others too but that's what I think.

my brother is living in Saskatchewan from last 4 years and he is working there on workpermit, he already have last 12months of pay stubs from SK , utility bill, SK driver licences , SK health card,leases agreement from last 4 years . He was on SINP from last 16 month he just receive his federal PR under provincial worker nominee program , Do I need to wait until other 12 months [from his PR to claim 20 points for sibling in SINP express entry or I can apply now as he is PR and he has all other documents proving that he is living in SK from last 12 months or more.?

I am just thinking what could make other people application faster . Is it the officers in charge each application or is it the NOC or something else. Someone in this forum said he used an agent for d submission of his application and the agent arranged all his documents correctly . He claimed that was d reason he got nomination in less than 2 months.

Personally, I was skeptical about the reason he gave because each document uploaded would natural be uploaded as each part of the form requires.

Applying through an agent doesn't make any difference. Four months back I submitted my application through an agent and mine is still in 'Application Received' status

This was my second attempt after rejection of my first due to POF.

My first application was rejected due to inadequate POF. I didn't went for second review, instead I applied with new EOI.

In my Online Oasis application there is a problem in uploading the documents. there is no option or tab in various pages to upload doc. for example in Passport section No upload tab/option is there. Same thing in employment, marriage and work experience sections.
Anyone else have same problem and have any Solution to it..
