Inland applicants should now be calm and composed
We have (Not individually ) already enjoyed some processing and mr in last few months
Now with Coprs being issued to outland EE applicants it is time to clear backlog for outlanders
So We can relax and party for next 5 to 6 months with such huge backlog for outlanders
Do u think outland will get MR from now

I wrote in the Webform to convert me from outland to inland. So, what you said is bound to happen and all inland will be on firm hold especially after they change my application to inland.. Life sucks :(.

As long as your employer does not report job loss (both he and you have to report by law), no one would know. But if employer reports, I guess the province may wait to hear back from you about another job in same NOC or better. If they dont hear back, they may issue a intent to withdraw nomination or may even withdraw it. I think IRCC may run another round of PNP records before DM. If they find nomination gone, you may get ADR or NOID. But then who can predict what the officer would review about you. They may not even care about the offer anymore. Better to stick to the nomination terms as much as possible.
It's just because it will happen everything together. Probably i'll leave my job in the next weeks, 1 month max. In the meantime it's possibile i'll already have the MR and i see here people with the DM just 1 or 2 months after the MR.

So in theory i have 90 days, but there's the possibility that the DM will arrive even before 90 days.

I mean, i'm sure my employer can wait with no problem a couple of months before reporting something.

They have to, because the border opening is round the corner. US says all citizens to be vaccinated by end of May 2021. After that tons of vaccines would be shipped to Canada and folks here will be done in a matter of couple of months. More outlanders == truly more investment for the country.

Lot of assumptions from your side. In that case, why not finish off your medicals? You will surely save a month of time.

Obviously i'm just hoping for the best result, i know that could be totally different.
But it's just because if i already know i have to leave the job, better maximize the possibilities, in the luckily case that my application will go "fast", i can do something about it.
If i can't because it'll take a lot of time, i can't anyway.

What do you mean for "finish off you medical"? I have to wait the MR before, right?

You don't need to. You can give upfront medicals and submit the eMedical forms given by the doctors to IRCC via webform

You'd like to take a risk, i hope there'll be no interview or phone call for you. If so, you can't even keep both your status in Canada and your business.
Security takes
-5 days to complete, yes I've seen that,
-3months to complete, yes
-and I've seen 1 year to complete, too.

from DM to COPR sometimes takes 6 months....

so, if you'd like to assume your case is a lucky case, I wish you all the best.

You can do upfront medical, call the panel and ask for Upfront medical PR application appointment and they will know. If you do this, likely you don't have to wait for MR.
In my case, I did medical upfront on Jan 08, and had medical passed on Feb2 without any medical request,
and, still, nothing happens then.
