IRCC website assigned 0 points?

I submitted my application; I have a current ECA through UToronto for my Master's degree (which indicated that it was valid, and equivalent), and took an IELTS in February 2021 where I achieved Band 8. I submitted all of that into the IRCC website, and the Express Entry came back and assessed me with 0 points? I've opened a ticket with IRCC, but has anyone else run into issues with the site basically seems to have done nothing? Is there a way to get a human to look into what's happening?

There's no technical issue.

You've answered a question incorrectly and that's why you're getting zero points.

Do you have at least one year of continuous work experinece in the NOC you have selected as your primary NOC?

If you are not a CEC candidate, have you included the right amount for proof of funds?

Recommend you review everything carefully to see what you may have answered incorrectly.

Reviewed everything, and the automated checks aren't flagging any of my entries as incorrect. 20+ years in my NOC. Sufficient funds available if asked to provide them.

The CRS calculator shows I would have at least 300 points, so not sure why one part of the website is showing 300, but the EE profile had 0.

Do you have at least 67 points under the FSW points system? (This is different than the CRS point system.)

If you have 20 years experience, how old are you. Due to age, you may not have enough eligibility points (67).
Exactly my thinking.

OP probably doesn't have the 67 points to meet the minimum EE criteria. That's an automatic zero points and ineligibility.

Looks like I have at least 68 points on the FSW.

The CRS calculator made it appear like I had at least a good "floor" of points, even without a job offer, which is why when it came back as "0" that made me believe that the calculations went awry.

So you are eligible and have sorted it out...that is great. I was concerned you were over 40 and not eligible.

OK - so that's good as long as you are 100% sure you have at least 67 points.

If you have at least 67 points, then something else is causing the zero points for CRS. It's not a technical issue. It's something to do with one or more of the options you've selected.

If it's still showing as zero points, then at this point I'd recommend that you list all of the questions and your answer to each one of them.
