Hi, can anyone here help me. I have completed my btech with 73% and mtech with 76%.Btech in electronics and instrumentation. Mtech in control and instrumentation. After that without any gap I joined in a mnc company as network analyst in IT sector. After one year I changed to another company hcl. Till now I am working as senior analyst. So total 4 years experience.I got ielts overall 7.5 R-6, L-8, S -7, W-7. So with my present experience I decided to choose technical system analyst a 1 year program plus network security and architecture (1+1) clubbing program in fanshawe college. Is it k for me to select course in IT field after completing mtech because I don't have any experience in control and instrumentation.

Its not about chances. If you meet the requirements of the study permit, you will get a study permit. If you don't meet the requirements, you don't get a study permit.

Your profile is decent. However since you have already done M.tech and going for a lower/similar grade program will not fit well with the VO. You would have to choose a similar/higher program with a detailed explanation of how this would benefit you in your home country. If you are able to align your story line then you still stand a chance. Otherwise, we haven't seen many success stories at least on this forum with people trying to do a program of lower/similar grade.

Doing PG certificate after Master's doesn't make sense and you may get refused.
