Proof of funds (CEC)

Hi all,
I just need to know that if CEC class have to show the funds once mentioned while creating Express file? Or If I can make that to zero now and do nothing there or need to add explanation letter for doing so?? If needs to add LOE than what is the format for that?

Any experienced/ Qualified responses would be appreciated. Thank you.

Just indicate $0. You don't need proof of funds as CEC and no explanation letter required

I wrote a short letter with reference from the website that the fund is not applied for CEC applicant. Saved it as pdf and uploaded it to that requirement.

Just to be clear, did you indicate an amount on your EE profile? If yes, then definitely an explanation letter should be included stating CEC doesn't need PoF but if you put $0 on your profile, then no need for a letter

Yes I did mentioned $ while creating profile. So now I can change that to $0 and add LOE?
