Hi..i qualified for PNP and CEC. Do i still need to upload LOR even if there was no POF requirements in the documents tonbe submitted?

Hi i apliied for PR through EE BC PNP.
Hi in your Ita were u invited under "pnp"? I got invited under "pnp" and my ita did not specify cec/fswp etc. But since I qualify for CEC i assume i will get invited under that?
