Immigration says anything to get money out of people’s pocket! It’s a small community and they hardly have jobs.I used to live in one and it was not the best

No! PRRA will only come in when asylum/appeals fail.when you seek asylum,it gives you some sort of status.Whereas PRRA Just buys you time

Andy if you have not getting another way you can apply asylum for her and she can stay with you long bcoz now days hearing will came after 2 to 3 years if accepted all ok

You can’t just apply for PRRA,CBSA will invite you to apply and they usually don’t want to.And yes! PRRA stops deportation but the moment it gets refused, plus whatever other applications you were waiting on,they will make you leave

By any chance is your family income enough to apply for direct PR? If it, they want you to apply through the other programs for PR.

Family income is not enough That’s why I choose h and c

Right now they have entry level jobs posted that can give PR. The reason they had started this rural program is because those villages didn't have enough applications. They want the community to grow. So the area has tied up with cic to offer jobs which can lead to Pr. Did you check the website?

I have attached letter from her teacher as well. My father is physically fit to spend time with her and go for a walk but needs the treatment twice a week. Both of my parents spend a lot of time with her. Should I send pictures of both of them with my daughter?

Not everyone gets invited for PRRA! Especially if you’ve had so many appeals.And when CBSA eventually want to serve you PRRA,they will make sure 12 months have passed from the time of your last appeal

PRRA its not just for assylum seekers ! for all people who want to confirm that they will be removed to a safe country
