Guys, anyone knows how long we should wait after the third line appears on ECAS ("In process" ) till we get a test to invite? I looked at the 2019 tracker, prior to covid-19, and the average (barring a few outliers) was 74 days.

So, when I log in to ECAS and my mailing address is different from my home address, I tried update the mailing address online in mid of January, until now, I still haven't see the mailing address updated.
I tried to call CIC at 2pm on a Wednesday and voice message told me they are closed, and I have try multiple times on different day on different time, still received "we are closed". I am not sure what I should do now?

I had same issue as yours. I tried updating mailing address via ecas twice and there were no updates. Called CIC early morning around 8.30 am and got hold of an agent. Maybe try calling them early in the morning.

Thanks. My concern is that ecas didn't get updated since I got my AOR. I wonder if other updates might be missed, like in process or test invite...
