Hi All, the people who received the ITA beyond March 2020 and done the AOR the applications have not moved beyond a mail for BIOMETRICS requirement. The VAC in India has not yet given a go ahead for biometrics for Express Entry Economic class from India. Its really sad as everything in India is normal (flights. trains, public transports, educational centers and even theaters are open) but the preference is given to students, family and people with work permit. Most of the other countries where people have applied for EE have gone through biometrics without any issues in spite of COVID... Any views

Called an IRCC Agent today. My eligibility is still not started. Criminality is still in progress and security not started.
I am the principal applicant and my bio metrics are exempted. My wife is yet to give her bio-metrics in India. Is that the reason my ELIGIBILITY is not yet started?

Just got off the call with an extremely polite IRCC Agent ...She said that my eligibility is Recommended Pass..AOR September 19, 2020

I had to submit my biometrics by January 21, 2021 but I got my biometrics done on 11th March 2021 (due to VFS centre not providing services). I hope this will not create any issues? I am asking this question becuase I did not had any communication with IRCC since January 21, 2021 becuase I read on their website that if VFS centre is closed in your location then candidates are not supposed to take any action and deadline of providing biometrics will get extended automatically.
Now, my biometrics number is appearing against my application, so can anyone help me in knowing how much time does it take from here for getting the end result.

Friends, I got a Ghost update today - it said profile has been updated but no update in my profile.
I called CIC last week and below are updates they provided, so can I know what today's "Ghost Update" signifies? Please advise.

Called CIC they informed all my stages are passed/completed by April16th.
Till now didnt get any calls from CIC, or no update in the portal, any idea how long it takes to get COPR once all stages are passed?
Is anyone else like me sailing in the same boat?
