Some people receive GCMS notes extension messages if IRCC is not able to provide the notes within the 30 days time.

I called IRCC today and this is the status of my application so far:

Medical - Done
Biometrics - Done
Criminality - In Progress
Eligibility - Not Started
Background check - Not started

Visa Office: I don't know, the call dropped while waiting for this info

Medical Passed: Nov 11th
BIL/RCMP Certificate: Nov 11th
Biometrics Given: Nov 17th
RCMP Certificate Uploaded: Nov 25

No new updates after that. Is it normal for Eligibility be on this status? For what I've been seeing here, seems like the majority of colleagues have Eligibility at least started.

We all are in the same boat. Might expect to get some update once the backlog is cleared, I presume. fingers crossed.
