Well, I’m end of may 2019. AIP in the begging of December
submitted my CV on December 17th. (Criminally was in process)
Medical December 16
Criminality is done in the beginning of January
Today is Feb 23d and Security has not even started..
So your situation is pretty normal I would say..
then, asking resume is the procedure of Security or Criminality?
why some applicant receive their DM only 2 or 3 weeks after submitting their CV?
Does it mean security does not last more than a months for everyone?

Security can take from 2 days to years. I submitted CV 2,5 months ago , and my security hasn’t started yet. I saw some posts here from people that submitted their resumes and got DM after 1 year :( so there is no rule about when they must make a DM after requesting a cv

something weird happened when I received my GSCM note.
I would be grateful if you guys tell me what is going on!!!

I passed Medical on 28 of Jan.
Submitted my Resume on first of Feb.

Now, in my GCSM note, it shows my criminality is still in process and security has not been started yet!!!!

I heard from so many people that we received Medical and resume request after finishing our criminality and it should be the last step!!

what is your opinion now?
Yes it is

Corrupted systems in a very developed country!
I don't think we can really call it corruption! Each case is different and they are processed with different agents. So, some are quick and reasonable, others might be careless to ask you the same document several times or send you irrelevant documents! For example, Why someone would send you a pre-arrival letter when you're accepted as a conventional refugee? Actually, the IRB acceptance letter gives you access to most of the services that letter gives you! You can see that it's not black or white, it's the way it is! Those who are lucky, their applications are assigned to competent agents. For the rest of us, well, we need to be a little bit patient!
