in my case, background started once my medical is passed. I haven't given my biometric yet but in the portal, it also says I don't have to give biometric. Not sure if that will change later.

I never gave the biometrics not even for my WP. It doesn't say anything specific just that we are processing your background check .

Still waiting for BIL (not yet received).. any clue? i have seen almost everybody gets the BIL as soon as their medical passed.. for me, its almost 2 weeks from my medical passed

Did u give ur biometric? not sure about the background check..

No i came here on work permit , so biometric is valid 10 years

27% complete.
No further change in details :

YES correct .it is again showing the percentage bar. For me its showing 29% but same review and eligibility check .
Do any one know R10 check has been completed by when ?

Hello, I am a CEC outland candidate, just looking to see if there are more like me 'cause, honestly, it feels like I am the only CEC outland candidate. Here's a little about my profile timeline:
AOR - 18th January, 2021
Medical Exam Passed - 9th February, 2021
Biometrics Requested - 9th February, 2021
Biometrics Provided - 2nd March, 2021

Does anyone know anything about COPR being issued to the CEC outland candidates? I know the FSW candidates haven't been receiving COPR even after the approval of their application.
