No I didn't.I had 6 years of Noc 0 expereince in India and 1 year of Canadian work exp + canadian education

I have multiple NOC's My primary NOC code was 0621 and other NOC's were 1221 and 6211. No I am not a single applicant .I have one more dependent on file, my wife.

Your Spouse is here in Canada or in India .Fill up a webform and ask CIC regarding your case .Since maximum processing time is 84 days .

Why don't you apply for Inland sowp .Let him come in as visitor visa and than apply for her change of status form 5710e.It has faster processing times
