Just noticed in my GCMS notes from CBSA that the Info Sharing section is left blank whereas in my friend's GCMS notes from IRCC Info Sharing has the details in it. I guess its another point where CBSA differs from IRCC in redaction. If anyone has received GCMS notes from CBSA, can they confirm?
Same here.

@legalfalcon
I have submitted a reference letter through webform from my colleague with the start date ,hours a week, salary and duties. And I didn't give in company letter head. Will this be sufficient ?

"And I didn't give in company letter head."

You did or didn't?

No didn't specify the reason :,(. Do you want me upload a letter of explanation?
All work reference letter should be on a company letter head, unless you have a reason, such as your company not providing one and thus you are getting it from a colleague.

Thanks I will do, can you please share any LOE template for reference letter?
Do I need to attach the email conversation in the LOE doc or should I zip the LOE letter and the screenshots?
@legalfalcon
There is no template as such. It is just a letter to IRCC information them that you were unable to obtain the hours worked on a company letter head for ......reasons and I support you are providing a copy of the email which states,.......

@legalfalcon I ordered CBSA notes on December 22nd, 2020, and got an e-mail requesting a 30 days extension on January 30th, 2021. However, I haven't get my notes yet. Is it normal for CBSA to exceed the promised time? Thanks!

You should receive it any day now unless the information was sent by CBSA via postal mail, rare but happens. CBSA is very good in delivering the file by the due date.

Also there is a difference between when you ordered and when CBSA actually received the request. It may not be the same date and that might be more than reason for the delay

Thanks for your information! I ordered it through an agent, and I will check them to see any updates from their side.
