We all will get a approval because all documents we have are genuine only you have to pass medical thats it

Congratulations!! If you got an AOR thru RNIP, I think total processing time is going to be similar, I think, but you didn't get the AOR I would recommend CEC is more fater than RNIP.
Because you already have documents to submit and if you complete uploading you can get AOR right away thru CEC.

I am not sure about that. If I were you I will pay the fee once more after then if you get PR you can get a refund one fee.
You can check that on CEC forum.
There are some people who already have experience and processing.

I am so sorry I didn't notice you. You can find a job posting on website of RNIP VERNON.
If there is no job for you I recommend a owner post a job on Vernon rnip website.
Actually I think it is not a mandatory because when I applied my job was not posted.
