I understand that but which processing Center processes my file? That was my question.
Usually the TRVs are processed at the local visa office. To know the exact office call IRCC or send a webform, though it would not matter where it is processed.

@legalfalcon i have mentioned everything in personal history. Small international trips, education, job transfer, school vacation gaps. I hope that is fine.
Just worried because some where on other thread I read not to include short trips in personal history.

Thanks in advance
Each section is specific, i.e. work history will have work for with you have claimed points. Travel history will have your travel related info, however, the personal history should have everything, without gaps.

The PPR can be initiated from any VO, but based on your country of residence, you will be asked to submit your passport, to the Local visa office in your country of residence, and that is where your file will be transferred. In most cases the file is transferred and then the LVO issued the PPR.
Thanks @legalfalcon, sorry to bug you again.
One more question, do we need to show or surrender all WP that we hold during the landing process?

Yes, I called them yesterday; they said my primary is New Delhi, and my Secondary is Vienna, Austria.

Now, who will process my file first?

I have made personal history as per your guideline. Everything is included.
Thanks ☺

It will be done on its own. Earlier, for inland applicants when they had scheduled an landing interview, they had to physically surrender all temporary permits to IRCC.

After your become a PR, since you no longer need visa to work or enter Canada, any existing visas or permits become redundant.

The application will processed at bot the visa offices, and where your file is, will be listed in detail in your GCMS notes on page 2, under application assignments.

The primary office will be responsible for the final decision, but your application can be sent to one or multiple secondary offices.

Usually, secondary processing center process like eligibility is passed, and then they send it for approval from the Primary processing center to issue PPR?

All applications start at CIO, and then are sent to CPC for eligibility and further checks. However, ,lately even the eligibility is being done at CIO. It does not matter whet VO the application is, what matters is what stage the application is at.

Each application, i.e. PR and SOWP is processed on its own merits. Also as per subsection 22(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act dual intent is allowed

Dual intent

(2) An intention by a foreign national to become a permanent resident does not preclude them from becoming a temporary resident if the officer is satisfied that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/visitors/dual-intent-applicants.html

Hello @legalfalcon

Need your advise please. I've submitted my e-APR and received AOR a couple of days ago. I should have submitted 2 reference letters as I hold 2 different positions in the same company, however, as per the company's policy they provided me with one reference letter, which I should have attached 2 times to support both positions. I also stated it in my LoE. Next day after submitting the application I found out that I mistakenly attached Education Degrees file instead of Employment Records to support my second work experience. To summarize, I've attached the correct file to support my 1st work experience, but instead of attaching the same file to support my 2nd work experience, I attached Education Degrees. I've immediately raised CSE, apologizing about what happened and mentioning that the reference letter is already attached to support my 1st work experience, and it should be the same one to support 2nd work experience. I've also attached this reference letter to the CSE.
My questions are:
1) Is there anything else I can do to make sure they will proceed my application? Can I call them from outside Canada? If yes, can you share the number, if possible?
2) Can my application be returned because of this?
3) Do you know anyone, who was in the similar situation? How all of this ended?
I'll really appreciate any advise from you, as I'm worry about my application a lot.
Many thanks in advance.
