Hi,If you applied inside of Canada, you aren't really supposed to leave Canada. Some people do, but if you happen to be turned away when you try to re-enter, your application becomes void. If you have an outland application, it is ok to travel.
Doesn't sound like a family sponsorship application. I am not sure if someone with visitor visa can re-enter during the pandemic. (currently, I read that they need authorization letter to enter if spouse is foreign worker in Canada).Hi,
I got ita on Feb 13th draw. I am in a closed wp valid for 1 more year. My wife is in visitor visa valid till this may 31st. She has to travel internationally by this may with my son to run some errands. As this was a mass draw, I think it may take time for the pr application to process. Can I take visitor visa for her to travel or is she need to be here when receiving the pr. Suggest me please.

She can always leave and wait to get PR from home country. I do not know the details of non-family sponsorship application details though.
An "ITA" and a "draw" are not family class sponsorship. You should ask your question in the Express Entry forum.Oh is it. Let me try

Anyone could be stuck and unable to travel back for a long time.
