Those applicants who are not willing to be in this dark tunnel, they should be given an option to withdraw with full refund of money so that they can apply later when things get normal.

Processing is very slow , most of the cic staff is on vacations, they have the pandamic excuse of not to work . sit home or somewhere in the carribean and enjoy free money.

A lot of Jan 2020 applicants have received test invites and apparently now they also started inviting Feb 2020 applicants for test (check this forum and FB group). Oct / Nov 2019 applicants getting DM and oath invites.

Meanwhile here we are applied before those folks still "in process". What on earth is IRCC doing? This is outrageous.

Where do u see that a lot of the January applicants have received test invites? These may be the applicants in early January who had AORs before the lockdown last March.

I heard just one/two Jan2020 but one/two feb2020 (not sure if it was urgent case). So certainly, they havent even invited a few.
Even few 2019 applicants are receiving tests and oaths, not a lot of 2019 itself. So it will be months before we see few/more invites for 2020 as they havent even been inviting a lot of 2019.

The ones who are getting test and oath invites probably applied through online application. Seems like IRCC is processing Online applications than paper applications. For paper applications they have to go to the office for Online they can work from home so the paper applicants are stuck in a limbo. Expect a wait for an year or two.
