This was a system glitch. Do not worry about it and ignore it. I had the same thing and confirmed with an agent that it was a glitch.

My online tracker says interview for today. I did not receive anything over email for this interview. No time or email instructions and I am unable to reach them when I call. It is extremely frustrating.

Hi there - could you kindly post when you receive the retest email? I had the same issue. Took the test on May 2nd and got a call from an IRCC agent that the webcam was not working. They will send me a retest, but now it's another waiting game.. :(
