Yeah in Ukraine there are no such red books or anything. The marriage certificate is all you need to be legally married there.
tell you truth, I was SHOCKED this morning, I woke up n saw email from CIC I thought it was straight passport request LOL then it was just another ADR...
Its registered automatically in Ukraine there is no such thing. Obviously they are just playing games. I provided 500 screenshots of 1 year communication in first ADR, $10,000 Western Union transfer to my wife to help her when pandemic hit, proofs of gift exchanges, letter of marriage evolution, updated schedule A, fresh PCC.... but NO that's not enough for them.
now asking for proof bank records of expenditures while in Ukraine, again asking for letter of marriage evolution-same exact word for word request, proofs of joint bank accounts, benefits, insurance...., proof communication BEFORE my visit (not enough 500 screenshots POST marriage), and proof of a cancelled trip that I blabbed about in my first ADR - I mean this is just UNREAL.
That is my fear. Exactly word for word what my lawyer said. PROVE. How can we prove when the banks dont allow joint accounts. Or the job we are in cant allow our.names on.rental agreement. This really pisses me off. What? We tell the truth instead of making up fake bs and get.punished. Wow.

My advice and you are more experienced than me. Cool off. Then write a letter explaining AGAIN in detail the situation. In the meantime try think.if there is any possible more info you can get.
