Didnt he say the banks there cant get joint accounts. Same as in China. I couldnt either. I can already see their angle now. Oh, no joint acc, so no ppr. Thanks for your money and time. Straight to appeal if this crap happens. I will gladly waste their time and money snd obviously.mine too.
I said banks in Ukraine dont give accounts or joint accounts to foreign nationals, but same bullshit, that I cannot satisfy their adr 100%, n I have to explain myself once again.
Maybe it is possible but it is extremely hard and time consuming, its not commonplace there to give tourists any rights and why would i need a joint bank account with my wife, we are married but its not mandatory to have a joint account, especially I dont need a bank card with Ukranian useless currency in Canada.
Also they are asking now "registration of civil documents"... I dont even know what that MEANS! AND also asking for "OTHER proof of Sponsor's visit" such as incurred expenses during his visit, WTF? Maybe they think that my wife actually paid for all my expenses? How can I prove this stuff?
LVO is crossing the line honestly. 2 HUGE ADR requests in 3 months span.
Well its not necessarily mean refusal, but its annoying that we have to EXPLAIN ourselves when they should KNOW what is and what is NOT available in the respective country.
This is my big concern. If they pull this bs with me. I have lived with her six years, married five, but clearly stated numerous times THE BANKS DO NOT ALLOW JOINT ACCOUNTS. I couldnt get bills in our name either as my employer pays that crap. Not even rental agreement with our name. I reached as far as I could opening the apartment door taking a picture of her and I and the door number seeing the inside of the house. I hope the best for you Phalos but I have heard if they pull THIS MORE PROOF crap they WANT it. Are you married or common law?
by the way my Pak friends. Turns out LVO has reviewd my first ADR (because they asked things that was in my adr to clarify) and now asking for 2nd ADR package. They never bothered to update my gckey with "We are reviewing the documents...", it still said "Your action is required..." and now it says same thing again.
Thanks dw33, I hope for you too. I dont know where did you hear that? We cannot pull magic rabbit out of a hat! I am Married of course, that's why this joint bank account business is annoying because its usually asked for common law partners.
Maybe asking for marriage certificate? Did you live together in Ukraine for some time?
My immigration consultant warned me if they ask for more proof they want MORE proof. I know the next thing for us in any message or update now is either ADR OR PRE ARR. If its adr its a whole new ball game, from almost done to them having the upperhand , especially if they want more proof.of marriage
I provided a marriage certificate of course. I don't know what is registration, they dont have that in Ukraine as far as I know.
I live 3 months only and I only have a marriage cert. which was part I sent long ago to Sydney. They are not asking for marriage certificate, its something else.
That might be the key. That registration man. In China they have these stupid.red books which ircc doesnt accept. Tje day we married.instantly after we went to the bureau in her home city and registered. It was a notarized in front of us. In English and Chinese. All info included, dob, pp number, pp info. Thats what foreigners need in China to.prove marriage and what IRCC said they wanted from.me in country specifics.
ADR in London is standard procedure since Pandemic started. BUT asking me same stuff when I just submitted in 1st ADR and asking me stuff used for common law? and proof my expenditures while in Ukraine (how does that prove genuiness of relationship for example if I show a ATM cash withdrawl, dinner receipt, etc)
