In another thread someone who wrote their test on 1st January 2021 got their oath invitation on 8th February 2021.
This was for Mississauga processing office

Congratulations! Mind sharing your timelines and the processing office?

Decision made to Oath email again varies from office to office. Some got Oath email within a week other took long.

Just a quick question. How do you know which office is processing any given application. I received correspondence from the email adding containing IRCC.DNCitWINScheduling

Not sure but I think it would be an email notification considering that even the tests and oaths are being done online. I am also waiting for "Decision Made" status. I passed my exam on 26 Jan, 2021 and my processing office is also Mississauga.
