LOA was received a couple of days ago and the academic profile is far worse than OP's. The program is also technical in nature - not a business-related one.
Newsflash: a lot of public institutions are under financial stress and I can tell you for a fact that many are willing to relax their usually strict requirements for international students. Agents won't tell you this. Colleges and universities won't openly admit to this either. To any with a sub-par academic background - don't ask, just apply anyway. And apply directly, because agents will do nothing but discourage you.
